Age restriction — 21 and older only

Pineapple Adventures is exclusively for adults age 21 and older. By creating an account, users affirm they meet this age requirement. We do not knowingly allow minors to access our platform. Accounts belonging to minors will be terminated immediately upon discovery.

Our Android and iOS apps are classified for users 18 and over and restricted on platform stores to prevent minor access.

Zero tolerance for CSAE content

We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content that sexually exploits or endangers minors. This includes:

Any account found to have posted, shared, or solicited such content will be permanently banned and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement immediately.

How to report child safety concerns

If you encounter content or behavior on Pineapple Adventures that you believe poses a threat to child safety, report it immediately through one or more of the following channels:

We review all reports promptly. Reports involving potential CSAM are escalated immediately and reported to NCMEC as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.

Legal compliance

We comply with all applicable child safety laws, including:

Cooperation with law enforcement

We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations involving child safety. We preserve and produce records in response to lawful requests and proactively report apparent CSAM to NCMEC and relevant authorities. We do not require a court order to make emergency disclosures when we believe a child is in immediate danger.

Content moderation

All user-generated content is subject to moderation. We use a combination of automated detection tools and human review to identify potential policy violations. Accounts confirmed to have violated our child safety policies are permanently banned and reported to authorities.
